A featured artist must meet one of the following criteria:
1) have exhibited in a one-person show,
2) make a living at his or her craft,
3) have received either state or national recognition for his or her work,
4) or recieve commission for his or her craft.
A featured author must meet both of the following criteria:
1) have been published,
2) and make a living at his or her craft.
