Pursuant to the Township Rural Zoning Act, P.A. 184 of 1943, the Pittsford Township Zoning Ordinance regulating the development and use of land was Approved by referendum on April 24 2001.

The Pittsford Township Zoning Ordinance is in it's second revision which was Approved by the Pittsford Township Borad on May 17 2004.
